Originally from Pune ( India ), Mr. Gope Kishinchand Shahani has now been in the Middle East for 30+ years and has established a name for himself in the business of diamonds, gold and precious stones.  He has a clientele, which includes some of the most prominent names in the country.  Mr. Gope Shahani has business interests in Qatar as well as in UAE. 

He is the Managing Director and Partner of Amiri Gems, which has branches in Villagio mall, Gate mall and Barwa tower in Suhaim street  in Doha.  He also is the Managing Director of two establishments in Dubai – Mahaba Jewellers in Gold Souq and Fairoz in Wafi Mall.  For thirty years, Mr. Gope Shahani has worked in his field to emerge as one of the leading names in his field.

Mr. Gope Shahani is the one of the founders’ of Birla Public School, Doha – Qatar, and now he is the Chairman of the school.

An active participant in all social organizations, Mr. Gope Shahani is one of the founder members of Ideal Indian School.  He is a member of Indian Cultural Centre and is a founder member of Indian Benevolent Fund.
